In July 2017, I exchanged my LL.B. for my J.D. Juris Doctor has been a title widely used throughout Europe, South and Central America and the United States.

Over the last 15 years, SMP Law has been proud of the many colourful people that have joined our team! At SMP Law we pride ourselves on SiMPlifying your legal matter, and feel it is important that you recognize the people that are working for you.

SMP Law has given some serious consideration to what people would like to see in a lawyer. The following are the five main themes we came up with.

Although the existing courthouse has a lot of character, it was desperately in need of an upgrade. That is why I was pleased to hear the announcement that Ontario is building a new courthouse for the Halton Region.
