So you have separated.... who gets the pets? Separating from your spouse is complicated.  There is a lot to figure out but more and more often SMP Law has been dealing with the issue of what happens with the pets.

During the summer, people like to slow down, maybe take some vacation and generally try to enjoy the nice weather.  It won't be long before we start seeing those commercials advertising back to school supplies.
